The construction of the cooker
An atmospheric batch cooking system with a heating jacket and a special-purÂpose mixer frame, equipped with a product pump and a control panel. The construction of the universal cooking kettle comprises a thermally inÂsulated cylindrical vessel, an extended heating system via a circulation pump, a high-speed yet slow-moving frame type stirrer. The lid opens 1/3 for easy ingredient insertion.
